Smoked Chilli Salt Grilled Corn on the Cob

Sweet corn with a smoky, spicy kick! This recipe is perfect for summer BBQs or casual dinners. The Manuka smoked chili salt adds depth and heat to the corn’s natural sweetness.
INGREDIENTS:
4 ears of corn, husked
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Manuka Smoked Chilli Salt
A squeeze of lime juice
METHOD:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Brush the corn with olive oil and sprinkle with Manuka smoked chili salt.
3. Grill the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and slightly charred.
4. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice.
