Dumpling making from a tiny apartment in Hong Kong is where is started for founder, Vicky. Learning from her Mum, Vicky was taught to respect the ingredients and to let simple flavours shine. Working as chef in various premises in Wellington, and on a boat off the coast of Australia, Vicky's dumplings had always been a menu favourite.
