Manuka Wood Smoked Olive Tapenade
So simple & so quick to whip up for weekend entertaining!
INGREDIENTS:
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup of Kiwi Artisan Manuka Wood Smoked Olives
1 sprig of rosemary
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. Place garlic into a small food processor and pulse to mince.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until mixture is finely chopped.
3. Serve with crusty bread and a large glass of wine with friends.
