Black Truffle Oil Drizzled Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Craving something savoury, satisfying, and a little bit luxe? With crispy edges, a tender centre, and a decadent hit of black truffle, this dish transforms humble cauliflower into a showstopper - perfect as a main or elegant side.

INGREDIENTS:

1 large head of cauliflower
Olive oil
Black Truffle Oil
Black Truffle Seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Optional: Grated parmesan or vegan alternative

METHOD:

1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Slice the cauliflower into thick "steaks" (about 2 cm thick), keeping the core intact to hold them together.

2. Brush both sides with olive oil, season generously with salt, pepper, and truffle seasoning.

3. Roast on a baking tray for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy at the edges.

4. Just before serving, drizzle with black truffle oil and sprinkle with extra truffle seasoning to taste.

5. Garnish with chopped parsley and a light dusting of parmesan, if using. Serve hot, and enjoy the aroma.
