Truffle Roasted Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
Black Truffle Seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black Truffle Oil (for finishing)

METHOD:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean towel—removing as much moisture as possible is key to crispiness.

2. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, a generous pinch of salt, and plenty of truffle seasoning.

3. Spread evenly on a baking tray and roast for 30–35 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crisp.

4. Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with black truffle oil while still warm. Toss to coat.

5. Cool slightly before snacking—or sprinkle over soups, salads, or grain bowls for a luxe finishing touch
