Truffle Mushroom Risoni

Enjoy the rich, earthy flavours and the luxurious touch of truffle in this creamy, comforting dish. Perfect for any occasion!
INGREDIENTS:
- Portobello mushrooms
- 1 brown onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- Risoni/orzo
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- Splash of cream
- 2 cups water
- 1 chicken stock cube
- Baby spinach
- Crisped prosciutto
- Parmesan
- Black Truffle Seasoning
- Black Truffle Salt
METHODS:
1. Sauté the onion, portobello mushrooms, and garlic until cooked.
2. Add the risoni or orzo, chicken stock cube, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
3. Stir in the cream cheese.
4. Add a splash of cream and the baby spinach.
5. Season with Black Truffle Salt.
6. Mix in the parmesan cheese.
7. Serve the dish, sprinkling Black Truffle Seasoning and crisped prosciutto on top.
